Ants and the Internet

Ants. They're little machines, those wee buggers...

With every invention that has the potential to bring human beings closer to one another, there is also the potential to do each other great harm. It would seem that we hear more about the harm we do to each other than the good. There's plenty of good on the Internet, it would seem, and if you ever find yourself in the position to help someone, even if you don't know them, please do. (I always think about my kids... what if one of them was alone and all they had - heaven forbid - was an online connection? I'd want someone to reach out to them...)
